Why do I get the “Username/password found more than 1 account” error?

This happens when OE9IHReQSLDownloader cannot correctly identify your eQSL.cc account. It often occurs if you moved to a new location but kept the same callsign. Previously, the tool used only your callsign to match your account. If your QTH changed, the tool might detect multiple accounts, causing this error.

Solution: Use the “QTH Nickname” Field


To fix this, I added a QTH Nickname field in the tool. This allows the tool to correctly match your account and download your eQSL cards, even if your location has changed.


Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Open the tool and go to Settings.

  2. Find the “QTH Nickname” field.

  3. Enter your QTH Nickname exactly as it appears in your eQSL.cc profile.

  4. Save your settings and click Download eQSL Cards.

  5. The tool should now correctly identify your account and download all available eQSL cards.
